Shivanee Deshpande
Founder
Shivanee Deshpande is a people leader with a global perspective shaped by experiences across India, the UK, and the UAE. Raised in Mumbai, she developed a strong sense of ambition early on, later expanding her career in Dubai’s dynamic professional landscape.
She holds an MBA in International Human Resource Management from Coventry University, London, and brings nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. Having worked with both startups and multinational organizations, she has built talent functions, driven workforce planning, and strengthened employer branding and engagement.
Recognizing the growing gap between evolving talent needs and market readiness, Shivanee founded TalentNest Consulting, a people-first HR and training firm focused on growth, development, and meaningful human connection. Through consulting, corporate training, and personal branding, she helps professionals and organizations thrive in a changing world of work, with a special focus on empowering women and emerging entrepreneurs.
An active voice in the global HR community, Shivanee speaks at universities across multiple countries and contributes to conversations on leadership, talent strategy, and the future of work. She is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and impactful contribution.
Amruta Heblikar

From leaving her hometown to pursue higher education in London, to leading HR teams across the UK, India, and the UAE, Amruta Heblikar has always believed in building people-first, purpose-driven workplaces.
With an MA in Marketing and a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Amruta brings 17+ years of international HR experience, supporting businesses through growth, change, and compliance across multiple markets.
After the pandemic, she identified a growing gap, businesses needed reliable HR support, but not at the cost or complexity of building an in-house HR team. That insight led to the founding of Virtual Key in 2021.
Today, Virtual Key helps growing businesses with Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, and HR Consulting, offering flexible, expert HR support tailored for startups and SMEs.
